E.49 How To Stop Sabotaging Your Life with Sohelia

Welcome to this week's episode,

Soheila is a self taught photographer, lifestyle content creator and published travel writer from Toronto, Canada. Technically trained in the art of fashion designs, Soheila once upon a time even had her own clothing line.

Today, she shares tips and tricks with us on how to stop self-sabotage.

Sohelia is a content creator and also runs a podcast that is focused on mental health. Sohelia started in commerce and learned the fundamentals about entrepreneurship and running a business. She ended up switching her major to fashion design because she always knew she had a creative brain as well as an analytical brain, so fashion design for her was a great combination of the two.

In this time Sohelia studied in Milan and started her own fashion line. It was during this time that Sohelia realized it was starting to take a toll on her mental health. Sohelia knew through her passion for design that she needed to do some healing, self-love and personal growth.

As a result, she decided to try a different field and started working as a Buyer. This was a great job for the analytical side of her brain, while still using her creativity.

Sohelia shares that one of the hardest things for people to do is just start, so Sohelia seized the moment and just started!

Growing up Sohelia didn't know specifically what she wanted to pursue.

We all have a path in life, Sohelia shares, and our decisions will either put us on our path or take us off our path.
