“When we give ourselves permission to fail, we, at the same time, give ourselves permission to excel.” - Eloise Ristad
Have you ever been so afraid of failing at something that you decided not to try it at all? Many, if not all of us, have experienced a fear of failure at one point or another. Failing elicits so many feelings like frustration, sadness, regret, confusion, anger, and disappointment. When this happens, what you have to remember is that you are not alone and more importantly you can get through this!
If we allow fear to stop our forward progress in life, we're likely to miss some of the greatest opportunities along the way, and you deserve to thrive in your life.
This week I have the pleasure of speaking with Cheri James.
Cheri is a Self-Development Mentor and Cooach who helps women ready to rise from the ashes of fears and self-doubts, step into their personal power and fierce feminine confidence. Cheri takes her educational, professional and personal experiences of years of searching to feel secure within herself and combines them to make her particular medicine to help women discover and embody the bold and brave power that is already within them.
In this week’s episode, we’re here to remind you of how strong you are and why you should always believe in yourself. Listen in to this week’s episode with Cheri James as we get into what it was like to eliminate societal pressures surrounding body image, why we have a fear of failure, what needs to be done to take a perspective shift, and how to remove the fear of judgement so you can regain focus on your goals.
As Cheri says we need to “feel fear and do it anyway”!
